Steven Vasquez

Attorney Steven Vasquez has been associated with Coker, Robb & Cannon since he was in law school, clerking for the firm the summer after his first year of law school. During his clerkship, Steven grew an immense passion for family law, which led to him earning the Law Faculty Award for Academic Excellence in Family Law the following semester.

While attending law school, Steven gained additional experience by volunteering with Texas Legal Services Center where he provided legal assistance to the underprivileged in areas of family law, wills and estates, property law, and landlord-tenant law.

Steven is a 2023 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Steven is also a 2020 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Government.

After sitting for the July 2023 Bar Exam, Steven rejoined the firm at our Frisco office as a law clerk and then attorney upon his licensure. Since joining our team, Steven has obtained experience in areas of divorce and separation, child custody, child support, property division, and termination of parental rights. Steven is deeply passionate and devoted to helping his clients through one of the most difficult times of their lives and strives to reach the best possible outcome for his clients.

Hobbies

Steven and his wife are the paw-rents of two huskies, Koda and Kaya. Steven is a sports enthusiast and is a die-hard fan of the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, and Texas Rangers.
