Before becoming an attorney, Kelsey gained valuable experience through an internship with the 160th District Court and family law firms, where she handled a range of cases under the supervision of experienced attorneys. She drafted pleadings, conducted client consultations, participated in mediation, and presented motions before the court. 

In prior attorney positions, she represented clients in final trials and hearings, managed complex family law cases, and supervised case management. She guided clients through challenging legal situations in the courtroom or negotiation.
