We are proud to have Anthony R. Pax as an attorney associated with Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers. He earned his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 18% of his class and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He is very dedicated to helping his clients with all matters of family law and brings a wealth of talent to our Denton office. He understands the contentious and emotional nature of many family law concerns, and he takes a compassionate, understanding approach to helping his clients achieve the optimal outcome in any issues they face. Attorney Pax’s clients are in good hands when they turn to him, as he is a very capable, knowledgeable family lawyer.

Employment
Prior to joining Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers, Attorney Pax practiced law at Jim Ross Law Group, P.C., in Arlington, Texas. There, he represented clients in a wide variety of family law matters, from divorces to SAPCRs, modifications, adoptions, and CPS cases. He was responsible for all aspects of representation, from client intake to final resolution, including drafting of original pleadings, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial.
His legal internships included working at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office in McKinney, Texas, and an internship at Shanklin & Cox, LLP, in Denton, Texas.

This was not the first time that I worked with Coker, Robb & Cannon, but it was my first time to work with Anthony (TJ). He took my case very seriously. He researched all of my previous files and took into consideration everything that had happened since my case had previously been mediated. He always had time to answer questions and set appropriate expectations. He and the staff worked around my sometimes odd schedule to get things done. I'm honestly not even sure where to start. I had previously dealt with 4 other attorneys in various matters regarding custody of my son over the last several years which cost me a good deal of money and left me very disillusioned, and then I found Anthony Pax at Coker, Robb, and Cannon. I was in the fight of my life and losing would have meant that my son would be going to live overseas with his mother. Anthony Pax and Holly Keen did an amazing job, and while I dont think I would necessarily use the word "happy" to describe my feelings, and I hope (albeit probably in vain) to never see the inside of a courtroom again, I wouldnt want anyone but Anthony on my side.- Shannon R.
